Whipped Feta Dip

plain Greek yogurt
(6 ounces or ¾ cup)

extra virgin olive oil

Lemon zest

Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
In a food processor, a blender, or a tall bowl for use with an immersion blender, combine the feta, yogurt, and garlic. Blend until smooth.
Add olive oil and incorporate.
Season with salt, pepper, and lemon zest to taste.
Serve with crackers, toasted bread points, or use in place of mayonnaise.
Notes
If you make it in advance, refrigerate and then whisk in a little additional yogurt right before serving to loosen it up.
