- 227 grams heavy cream (1 cup)
- 5 grams white vinegar or lemon juice (1 teaspoon)
- 57 grams whole milk (ΒΌ cup)
Whisk together the cream and vinegar (or lemon juice).
Let sit for 10 minutes.
Add the milk. Stir well.
Pour the whole concoction into a jar, cover with lid or cheesecloth secured with a rubber band, let it sit at room temperature for 24-48 hours.
Chill before serving.
