Preheat oven to 350℉ (175℃)
Grease and flour 3 loaflet pans. Or one one-pound loaf pan if you'd like.
In a bowl mix together the flour, salt, and baking powder. Set aside.
To your mixer bowl add the butter and sugar and, once mixed, beat on high speed until fluffy, 2-3 minutes.
On medium speed, add the vanilla and then add one egg at a time until all added and incorporated. Then add the milk. Mix until fully combined.
Add in the flour mixture half a cup at a time on low, increasing to medium for a minute after all has been added and mixed.
Scrape down the sides of the bowl and distribute evenly among your three prepared loaflet pans.
Bake for 30 minutes, rotating half-way through. Check that a toothpick comes out clean. Bake another few minutes if it doesn't.
