Won-Ton Cups

					I use these cups in the Won-Ton Wonders recipe, but I’ve also made them separately to snack on and use as delivery systems for other things.
Ingredients
- Square Won-ton wrappers, cut into quarters
 - Vegetable or olive oil
 - Salt and pepper
 - Cayenne (optional)
 - Garlic powder (optional)
 - Onion powder (optional)
 - Dried cilantro (optional)
 - Paprika (optional)
 - Turmeric (optional)
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
 - Place the wrappers on a work surface. Brush lightly with the oil.
 - Put the wrappers into the bottom of miniature (1-inch) muffin tins. Season with salt, pepper and other spices as desired.1
 - Bake until light brown, 5-7 minutes. Let cool in pan slightly before removing to cool completely on wire rack.
 - Store in an airtight container in a cool place until ready to use.
