This is shameless ‘theft’ — Bob’s Red Mill has a recipe on the back of their bag of cornmeal, but I’m afraid that one day they’re gonna change it or tweak it or remove it entirely. It works well....

If you’re a fan of the Great British Baking Show (aka Bake Off) you saw something like these made by Dylan in Season 15. Found something online and tweaked a lot. WORK IN PROGRESS...

You can make these with or without a French loaf pan. If without, may want to make sure you mix and develop the gluten really well so they don’t spread too much. This actually started its life on King Arthur’s site, but I found their version too sweet....
