I whip stuff together as needed. This was today’s breakfast. Ingredients are best guess.

Ingredients

  • Mini naan 1
  • Sauteed onions and peppers
  • Zhoug sauce (recipe soon)
  • 1/2 of a chicken sausage, sliced
  • 1 egg substitute/egg white 2
  • 2 tbsp. shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven/toaster oven to 300°F
  2. Spread the Zhoug sauce on the naan.
  3. Sprinkle a little cheese on the naan.
  4. Spread the sauteed onions and peppers.
  5. Sprinkle a little more cheese.
  6. Add the sliced sausage.
  7. A little more cheese (aka food glue)
  8. Fry up the egg and add.
  9. Put on a baking sheet and add to the oven, reducing the temperature to 225°F.
  10. Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted. 3

Notes

  1. Available in the bread aisle
  2. I’ll mention the brand name when they pay me to do it.
  3. At the end, if the naan hasn’t crisped up, remove from the baking sheet and bake directly on the rack for another 5 minutes. If using a toaster oven, toast at the lowest setting.
