Lemon-Dill Sauce

Great with fish.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream (or creme fraiche)
  • 1 lemon, juice and zest
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, loosely packed1

Instructions

  1. Whisk everything together.
  2. Can be kept refrigerated in an airtight container for a couple of days.

Notes

  1. Can also use fresh chives for a milder flavor
