Lemon-Dill Sauce

					Great with fish.
Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream (or creme fraiche)
 - 1 lemon, juice and zest
 - 1/4 cup fresh dill, loosely packed1
 
Instructions
- Whisk everything together.
 - Can be kept refrigerated in an airtight container for a couple of days.
