Pam’s Peppers

I saw these on a photoshoot recently: dehydrated Scorpion Peppers.

Curious I went to the producer’s website and they have lots of great stuff at Pam’s Produce. Not just peppers, but a lot of pepper-oriented stuff. And some neat looking spice blends and salts. Some stuff will probably make you wish you hadn’t, by the Scoville rating (the peppers in the picture have a rating of almost 1.5 million).

Reasonable prices, too. Check ’em out.

Update: She sent me a bonus salt blend. Still haven’t tried anything as waiting to give these out as gifts during the holidays.
