Thai Sesame Dressing

Thai Sesame Dressing
A great salad dressing or something for making chicken salad.
Servings: 4
Ingredients
- 72 grams soy sauce (4 tablespoons)
- 7 grams sugar (2 teaspoons)
- 26 grams olive oil (2 tablespoons)
- 45 grams tahini or smooth peanut butter (3 tablespoons)
- 30 grams rice vinegar (2 tablespoons)
- 42 grams sesame oil (3 tablespoons)
- 1.5 grams dried cilantro (2 teaspoons)
- 2.5 grams granulated garlic (1 teaspoon)
- 2.5 grams granulated onion (1 teaspoon)
- 1.5 grams dried ginger (½ teaspoon)
- 1 pinch chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients. Whisk really, really well.
- Let chill for 1-2 hours before serving.
