Loaflets

So I was at Marshall’s and saw stacks of these little pans, six to a set. Had no idea what I was going to do with them, but I had to have them. I’ve since read about using them for individual meatloaves, banana bread, and cranberry orange bread. But I used them for basic white bread as a test.

I measured them and they’re about 5.5″ x 2.75″ x 2″ tall, which makes them have about 1/3 of the volume of a one-pound loaf pan, so I decided to try making a recipe that results in 2 one-pound loaves and instead of dividing the dough in half, divide it into six.
So….

Rise time was much less, so was baking time. Probably should’ve sprayed with water to get a little better crust.
