Thai Sesame Dressing

A local market makes a version of this I really like, but they’re always out of it. So I thought I’d try to reproduce the recipe.

Thai Sesame Dressing

A great salad dressing or something for making chicken salad.
Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 4 tablesspoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons tahini or smooth peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoon dried cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon granulated onion
  • 1 pinch chili flakes (optional)

Instructions

  • Whisk together all ingredients.
  • Let chill for 1-2 hours before serving.

Ingredients

  • 12 parts soy sauce
  • 2 parts sugar
  • 6 parts olive oil
  • 9 parts tahini or smooth peanut butter
  • 6 parts rice vinegar
  • 9 parts sesame oil
  • 2 parts dried cilantro
  • 1 part granulated garlic
  • 1 part granulated onion
  • 1 pinch chili flakes (optional)

Instructions

  • Whisk together all ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Refrigerate 1-2 hours before serving. Stir before serving.
