Never did this before but had some fun doing it. Tried a couple of recipes and tweaked it a bit to get to this. The original dough was way too wet to work with and not at all like was described....

A very wet dough makes these challenging, but worth it. Patience required....

Have I mentioned how much I hate websites that are more advertising than content? Someone gave us a bunch of Meyer lemons so we’ve been trying different things to use them up before they go bad....

I since been playing around with using some discard sourdough starter and increasing the hydration to get a better loaf…....
