Pita Bread 2
A slightly different take on Pita Bread. Something I saw online that needed clarifying. So this is an experiment that I hope works out. UPDATE: THESE ARE AWFUL. LIKE BREAD JERKY. Clearly need some rising time between “dividing and rolling” and the pan-frying stage. Yuck....

Fun fact: In England it’s spelled Pitta Bread and pronounced accordingly — it’s “pit – tah.” In the US I’ve always heard it as “pea – tah.” I learned this watching the Great British Baking Show. And then I decided to try my hand at making it....
