Adaptable and easily tweakable to be made your own. I lean more savory. Some like it sweeter. These will go great with Wonton Cups to serve. Update: I can’t say this is worth it. We’ve tried it with different cheeses, tried upping the heat, tried upping the acid. Just…meh....
Salsa Verde
I was at the Farmers’ market this morning and a seller had tomatillos. And cilantro. I had to go to a different vendor to get the Serrano peppers and garlic but it was a whole 20 feet away. Pictures soon....
Mango Habanero Salsa
This can be made with one mango or six apricots. Frankly, mangoes are a pain in the ass but dealing with one of those is better than dealing with six apricots. Just saying. You can also make this hot (one pepper) or deadly (ten). Your funeral....
