					We found ourselves with a lot of feta. So….
Whipped Feta Dip
Creamy and tangy
Equipment
- Food processor (makes it easier)
 
Ingredients
- 225 grams feta cheese, crumbled or cubed (8 ounces)
 - 170 grams plain Greek yogurt (6 ounces or ¾ cup)
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 15 ml extra virgin olive oil (1 tablespoon)
 - Lemon zest
 - Kosher salt
 - Freshly ground black pepper
 
Instructions
- In a food processor, a blender, or a tall bowl for use with an immersion blender, combine the feta, yogurt, and garlic. Blend until smooth.
 - Add olive oil and incorporate.
 - Season with salt, pepper, and lemon zest to taste.
 - Serve with crackers, toasted bread points, or use in place of mayonnaise.
 
Notes
If you make it in advance, refrigerate and then whisk in a little additional yogurt right before serving to loosen it up.
