Making Buttermilk

If you’re like me, when you need 1/2 cup of buttermilk, you don’t want to buy a quart. So, make your own.

The calculator below uses 1 tablespoon (15g) but I’ve seen others go as high as 2 tablespoons per cup. Seems a lot. In short, it’s 1 tablespoon and then add milk until you get to 240 grams (1 cup).
