Spicy Sesame Dressing

Still trying to make a good dressing. Found something like this on a completely unusable site — popups, multiple ads, excessive cookies — and, well, you know how that agitates me.
Spicy Sesame Dressing
Servings: 6 ounces
Ingredients
- 60 grams soy sauce, regular or low-sodium (¼ cup)
- 17 grams toasted sesame oil (1½ teaspoons)
- 38 grams unseasoned rice vinegar (2½ tablespoons)
- 32 grams hot yuzu pepper sauce (see notes) (2 tablespoons)
- 21 grams honey (or hot honey) (1 tablespoon)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated (optional)
Instructions
- Whisk ingredients together, adjust seasonings to taste.
Notes
- I did not have a Yuzu hot pepper sauce, so I used a Sriracha-like sauce.
- Toasted sesame oil, to me, is a bit dusty, so you may want to add that last and adjust.
- A bit of fresh-ground black-pepper wouldn’t be amiss.
