Sourdough Loaf

Just a picture of a nice loaf I baked recently. Recipe from Artisan Sourdough Made Simple by Emilie Raffa.

I’ve since made the same loaf again but added about a tablespoon of minced, fresh rosemary to the dough and some more on top. Turned out really well.
